Varun is a Computer Science graduate from I.I.T Kanpur with a B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree, Computer Science and Engineering.
He is a highly experienced A.I. engineer and data scientist, with a decade of experience. He was with InMobi for 7 years where he played leading roles in building the Wadogo marketplace – which reached $100M in revenues – performance marketing prediction systems, creative analysis systems, recommendation systems and time-series systems.
At Bright, Varun is CTO and sets the technical direction for product development and research, overseeing multiple aspects to meet business goals.
Varun is passionate about applying data sciences and A.I. to solve real business problems. He is an active teacher and speaker for young engineers and data scientists.
