Sucharita is a tenured data professional with more than 20 years of experience in data engineering and analytics. She is currently working as Senior Engineering manager at Booking Bangalore, she leads the Trips part of the booking which is everything other than accommodation. One of the key focuses for Sucharita in her current role is to contribute to the connected trip vision for booking. She also works as BU lead for Trips in booking.
Before Booking Sucharita worked with another travel giant Expedia and led a highly motivated team working on democratizing the Metrics and unifying the same through the Metric Platform.
She has also worked on modernizing the data platform for investment bank JP Morgan Chase. Sucharita has vast experience working on batch and real-time data processing, analytics and consumption.
Sucharita has completed her general management study at IIM Bangalore and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication. Besides work she has a keen interest in travel, exploring places and fitness.
