Rohit works as a Chief Data Officer (CDO) at Bizom, Bangalore, India where he leads a team of Data Scientists & Software Engineers, focusing on retail analytics by applying state of the art ML & Deep Learning techniques.
His analysis is published in all the leading financial publications in India every fortnight. Currently he is applying LLMs in an innovative way to solve some of the operational & logistic problems for the retail industry.
Prior to that he spent 11 years in GE working on some of the most challenging data problems for Healthcare & Life sciences. Rohit has been an active Manning Reviewer and reviewed multiple books & live projects related to Deep Learning & NLP. He is also a mentor for the “Build a Search Tool with NLP” Manning Live Project.
He has spoken in multiple international conferences including Predictive Analytics World conference, Munich(2019),Berlin(2020 ), Las Vegas(2022 & 2023). Rohit has a Masters degree in Information Technology from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelors in Computer Science.
