Ravish Mishra

Ravish is a result-driven and innovative engineering leader with 20 years of experience (including 13 years in SaaS) in software engineering and leadership with deep expertise in building reusable, extensible, and interoperable platform services. He has a proven record of realising long-term product vision. Ravish has experience in Analytics, Data Platform (Data Mesh), Platform Engineering, Mobile App Development, Data Integration, Distributed Systems, Micro-services, Domain Driven Design, and various architectural patterns . He likes to call himself a full stack engineer because he has worked pretty much on all parts of the stack i.e. from metal to the front-end or from the physical layer to the application layer. Ravish led a team of over 80 developers at Mindtickle, a Sales Enablement and Readiness platform. He has been leading a platform engineering team composed of 60 engineers. Ravish has a track record of hiring. He has built teams from scratch and hired extensively across product and engineering roles. Ravish has also participated in the hiring for senior leadership roles. Ravish can communicate effectively with peers, reports, upper leadership, and customers ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned. It was a big win to convince business application teams to own their data. This was a huge shift in how data was consumed at Mindtickle. Ravish has executed and delivered long running projects. These projects were huge undertakings considering the unknowns that needed to be figured out to deliver the projects. Mobile app revamp and data mesh development took over a year to develop.
