Earlier, as Founder & CEO of Flowerpot Mobility Solutions Ltd (Jun 2015 – Nov 2019)—a NASSCOM-recognized startup specializing in shared mobility algorithms—he helped position the company among India’s top 50 startups, culminating in an acqui-hire by redBus. At Intellect Design Arena, he delivered significant cost efficiency by implementing CBS/QBS systems and achieving a 60% margin on system integration costs.
At Citidirect, Ravikumar transformed a 4-member maintenance project into a $6 million global digital reengineering program, earning accolades from both the client and internal stakeholders.
