He has more than 18 years of experience building highly scalable services and engineering systems in deep tech startups to big multi-billion dollar enterprise SaaS companies. At Confluent, Pradeep leads Kafka Connect engineering, helping customers integrate Apache Kafka with external apps and data systems with no new code.
