Padma Chitturi works with Indeed as the Senior Engineering Manager of the Machine Learning Platform. She focuses on constructing scalable services and distributed systems and demonstrates a deep passion for decentralized technology solutions. Her areas of strength lie in leading teams in designing and delivering enterprise-scale ML platform capabilities and products. As a technology leader, Padma has spearheaded multiple transformation initiatives to enable new commercial opportunities, mitigate risk, and enhance online platforms’ and distributed systems’ performance and operations.
In her current role, Padma leads the engineering and operations teams in developing Feature store, Model training, Model Management, and Model serving infrastructure to generate value across all divisions of Indeed. Previously, she led teams building data products with embedded machine learning, driving multi-million dollar revenue for travel companies, and establishing technology teams for a major analytics consulting company, addressing business needs and leveraging data-driven decision-making.
With extensive experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and data strategy consultant in her previous roles, Padma possesses a blend of engineering and product skills.
