Hariharan Ganesan is a Digital Leader in Industrial Technology vertical with hands-on Strategy & Execution expertise. Spent more than 26 years of experience in the areas including but not limited to Digital Transformation, GCC / GIC set-up & development, Business Value Delivery, Business Relationship Management and Design & Development of electro-mechanical products, for industries such as Aerospace, Heavy Engineering, Energy (O&G and Power), Medical devices and Automotive. He is well acquainted with multicultural working environments across India, USA, UK, UAE, APAC, Germany, & France.
He joined Rolls-Royce in 2015 as Engineering Capability Manager and grew as Head of Engineering Capability & Digital in a couple of years, handling a team of over 150 experts in the areas of advanced data analytics, software methods, software center of excellence, materials and test and measurement. He continued to evolve as one of the key leaders in defining and operationalizing the strategy for an in-house global digital capability called “Rolls-Royce Data Labs” in 2018-19. He currently heads the award-winning Rolls-Royce Data Labs globally (which houses 180+ Digital Experts), enabling divisions and central functions in delivering their digital transformation objectives.
In addition to these, he is an active member of the board of Rolls-Royce India Private Limited; provides thought leadership on innovation & technology adoption through his engagements with industry consortium, start-up ecosystem and academia.
