Baxish is a seasoned Data & Analytics leader from last 2 decades and has witnessed many data modernization & transformation journeys. In his current role Baxish is leading the Cloud and Data Engineering practice at InfoCepts helping clients on their digital transformation journeys. Baxish specializes in setting up new Cloud and Analytics practices and in his last role Baxish helped set up the Cloud Data & Analytics practice for Blazeclan Technologies Pune. Earlier to this, Baxish was with Cognizant Technologies, Teradata Corporation & Patni.
He is passionate about data and enjoys exploring new age cloud technologies which can help solve the new age business problems. Baxish believes in the fact that for any organization’s employees are their greatest asset, and they should be an integral part of any transformation journey. He believes and practices Empathy as one of his personal core values. He is an avid cyclist and has an immense passion for long drives as well. He lives in Pune with his wife and a daughter.
