Arun Munuswamy

Arun Munuswamy is a public speaking enthusiast, Digital Transformation Leader, and an avid learner. In his 20+ years of experience, he has handled various challenging digital transformation programs across varied service lines and has emerged as a successful delivery program leader through his diverse experience, leadership, and management skills.
Learning is everything and everything is learning, is what he believes, as he aspires to be a successful leader in a management role. After 20+ years of experience, he pursued his Executive Education in Senior Management Program 2022 – 2023 from IIM Ahmedabad, to get a 360 degree of learning starting from business, finance, economics, and marketing. Over the last 2 decades, Arun has worked across various services sectors including Infosys Technologies, IBM, Wipro, and has proven to be a consistent top performer with multiple awards of excellence such as “Top 3000 employees of Infosys Technologies across the globe in 2015”.
Currently, Arun is with Genpact. He is an Assistant Vice President in the Data Engineering practice and handles governance across its various competencies to ensure in bringing what is required as per industry trends and in line with the vision of the company, along with handling delivery responsibility of various challenging transformation programs in niche technologies.
