Arun Munuswamy is a public speaking enthusiast, Digital Transformation Leader, and an avid learner. With over 20 years of experience, he has handled various challenging digital transformation programs across varied service lines. His broad expertise, combined with strong leadership and management skills, has helped him emerge as a successful delivery program leader.
He firmly believes that “learning is everything, and everything is learning,” and aspires to grow into a leadership role in management. After two decades of professional experience, Arun pursued the Executive Education in Senior Management Program (2022–2023) at IIM Ahmedabad to gain a 360 degree perspective of business, finance, economics, and marketing.
Throughout his career, Arun has worked across various service sectors, including Infosys Technologies, IBM, and Wipro. He has consistently demonstrated high performance and has received several awards of excellence, including being recognized among the Top 3,000 employees globally at Infosys in 2015.
Currently, Arun is with Genpact, where he serves as a leader in the Data Engineering practice. He oversees governance across multiple competencies, ensuring alignment with industry trends and the company’s strategic vision. He also leads the delivery of complex transformation programs in niche technologies.
