Ankur is a senior professional with more than 25 years of experience, spanning product management, analytics and risk management. At Booking Bangalore, Ankur leads the analytics & data engineering functions that power fintech. In his most recent role at Capital One, Ankur led cloud transformation for lending analytics and processes, moving from a 100% on-prem architecture to a 100% cloud-based solution. In addition, he created credit risk models and led credit risk process automation for credit cards and small businesses. In the past, Ankur has led fintech product management teams, creating products that traded more than 2 Tn US dollars and has also led teams responsible for creating solutions for post-trade analysis, for near real-time risk awareness, as well as for regulatory compliance.
Ankur holds an MS in Analytics from Georgia Tech, an MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur
