Koushik Kadidal leads PayU’s data-driven strategies as the Chief Data Officer and Head of Insights Business. With a keen focus on harnessing data to fuel PayU’s growth and innovation, Koushik plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future direction.
Before his current role, Koushik was the Head of Growth for PayU Finance, where he was instrumental in scaling the consumer lending arm.
Koushik’s distinguished career in the financial services sector is marked by over two decades of contributions across products and geographies. Koushik’s career is highlighted by a 15-year tenure at Capital One in the US, where he spearheaded several strategic initiatives during the company’s rapid expansion. He later joined Citi as the Head of Offshore Analytics & Data Sciences for the Cards business, further solidifying his expertise in end-to-end customer lifecycle management.
Koushik holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a General Management Program from Harvard Business School.
